When complaining about goods, when I wanted to choose another, I was exchanged for the same only for new ones. After explaining when I told the saleswoman that in the same sports shoes, it would do me "again why I complained" she batted me with the words: up to the 3rd complaint you can only say what you want (the way of the complaint is meant). Everything was given in a very "interesting" tone of voice and overall the conversation was very "interesting". So thank you, I think I will avoid the whole A3 for a long time, not only in the chant.

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. I felt like a difficult insect, and I'll just point out that there was no rumble in the store. Since I have something to compare with, the behavior of staff towards customers is more than catastrophic. Absolutely no greetings and the expression of the staff was such that it could not be described. I was in the A3 sport store for the last time after today. Five minutes before that, I was with the competition and the staff was nice, helpful and helpful. Since the competition is great, I will use their services

I have not seen much indifference and ignorance of customers for a long time. I can hold it, but after 20 minutes of waiting for service (with the baby), I am out of patience. Never again A3 in Santovka. Criticism is not on the business itself, but on the coquettish employee. I wish you a better hand when choosing.

If I could give 0 stars, I don't hesitate for a second and they are there. The A3 sports shop did not disappoint again. You just confirmed to me that it is the worst chain of sportswear in the country. Again, I have confirmed that this chain hires reluctant salespeople who do not understand their work at all ... ... My mom asked me if I could look at the Adidas running jacket in Šantovka. So she went there Thursday. When I didn't see her exposed, I asked the saleswoman. They say they don't have any running jackets. So I went to a branch in OC Haná (now with photo, name and jacket code), where they told me that they do not have it, but in Šantovka have 5 pieces. I went back to Šantovka and asked for the jacket according to her label. And suddenly they had it. But in the warehouse ... So where is the mistake, according to the Internet (last Sunday) and branches in the Haná shopping center to be in Šantovka, but on Thursday tells me that they do not and 2 days later mysteriously appear? ... Yeah and by the way, the jacket is very different from the picture on the Internet.

I made a big mistake to buy Adidas shoes at the A3sport store. Shoes cost several thousand Czech crowns and after about 3 months of occasional wear on one shoe completely heeled. They accepted the complaint with a warning that they would inform me about the complaint process. Nobody heard from him in thirty days. After thirty days, I went to the store to find out the status of the complaint where the saleswoman tried to tell me that they sent SMS three weeks ago. Then she gave me an opinion from an alleged court expert, Mr. Janota from Hradec Králové. The so-called testimonial is, in my opinion, just a piece of paper, it is only one sheet of paper without any registration number. In the rejection of the claim, I quote: "The goods have been inspected and it has been found that these goods are not a manufacturing defect or a defect in material. And that this is an inappropriate excess". Just on one shoe? Please note that the shoes have only been worn for about three months. These ADIDAS shoes cost several thousand. In my opinion, the shoes purchased at the branch will last more than ADIDAS branded. Today I know that I will never buy anything in A3 Sport again. During a thorough inspection of the boots I found out that they were made on a taiga !!
