I am a current client in Terno but I am hesitating not being back anymore. Last day, while I was putting my goods into the conveyor belt, accidentally I left fall down a glass jar. At the beginning I was totally ignored while the cashier keep doing her job. No employee came to give a hand, so I try to clean as much as I could with my own hands. Later, the employee in the cash stood up, add the jar to my bill and makes me sweep the little pieces of glass still remaining on the ground. I don't know exactly which are the conditions of the staff or what kind of clients' service politics the have, but I found this behavior extremely rude and impolite. I don't want to blame the employee because this person was totally unable to bent down and still she didn't have the support of any colleague. So I notice a deficient clients service procedure that the managers should consider in the future.
