Hotel Hubertus

The kindest staff ever.

I have to write my review again after 4 years after the owner's husband forced me to delete after psychological pressure and threats. We came to the hotel with an ex-boyfriend. When we arrived at the reception was the owner, who then presented herself as a receptionist, waitress, cook and cleaning in one person, which would not matter, but when you run with your hands in the morning to make breakfast so it tells something. Well at the reception we bought a "trip package" per person by 200, - in addition to accommodation, so that we do not have to walk anywhere in the countryside to buy food. When we applied for it the next morning we got two breads with some pate and salad that has already experienced something, plus there was one drink from Mac and fit biscuit from Mac. Total value of the package approx. When we came to the room I was terrified. Interior about the fourth price and in the bathroom in the bath dirt and hair. We had to go to the Unity for Savo because I wouldn't put a foot in that bath. When we went to dinner (a friend was a cook in a top restaurant) we got a piece of dry meat with a couple of potatoes and a “dessert” scoop of ice cream. The next morning, we had a breakfast “garnished plate” with pastries. On a plate that was ham, edam and I think pepper for each two pieces. Hearty breakfast. We had a stay paid for the weekend, but after one night we left. It could not. I'm not and I've never been a princess. I love sleeping under the tent, and I think if we had chosen a tent then Hubertus we would have saved enough money and the unnecessary stress that followed. From there we went to Lipno and after accommodation in the camp we sat down on a mobile phone and wrote a review that was quite similar to this one. For a while, nothing happened, but in about 3 months, an unknown number called me. It was the husband of the owner, who apparently collapsed after my review. A bus of the guests cut it off and for me it has a bad name. We were threatened with lawsuit, criminal sanction and blackmail. I deleted my review with fear. Now I am bigger and I know that since this is a public platform I have the right to any review and therefore I decided to write it again and warn you all against this device and people who own it.

The Hubertus Hotel is an absolute bizarre. Kitsch decoration - hunting trophies, oriental paintings, vases, lamps, photos of pets ... Insufficient lighting. It would be an ideal environment for making a B-horror movie. Normally, both the restaurant and the café are closed, it only works on weekends when they have hotel guests. Breakfast is continental, the same every day. Dinner is as tasty as the school canteen under communism. There are no specialties on the hotel-bound boards. Krušovice beer due to lack of guests lies in the tubes for weeks and it tastes accordingly. Rooms look clean, but need more maintenance - outdated switches are working poorly, throwing doors, etc. The hotel does not have its own car park and guests park in the shop parking lot opposite the hotel. The two stars are in Slovakia's Ingrig for the hard-working and probably the only permanent hotel employee.

Mrs. Pitner is collecting inquiries, acting all the time so that everything seems to be confirmed and then canceling. In our case for 19 people for 4 nights. Mrs. Pitner puts on conditions that are not included in the price list (eg minimum stay of 4 days). Be really alert, so that your stay is not canceled.

Pleasant accommodation, wonderful lady receptionist, delicious breakfast. I felt that the staff was doing everything possible to make the customer happy.
