Horrible experience from today's evening! Today I got through at 17:30 to tire of asking for help with a damaged tire, where I was a girl, or lady on the phone strictly confined to the morning despite my assurances that I can be there in a few minutes that I need help now when a damaged car standing on the road and not in the morning. I think the tire should take care of your customers especially when they are in trouble, and not only when it sells new tires. For me thumbs down and shoes and new tires, I'll just deal with next in the tire, which take care of me today. Robert Vanya, Opava
