Great historical location with a restaurant where you can have a good Klaster beer.

Nice place, restaurant with good food and friendly service, friendly receptionist. Internet only in the lobby at the reception. Relatively nice various nooks and crannies, where almost no one lives anyway. However, what has been waiting for us in the rooms, I have not experienced anywhere yet, even though I travel a lot. I quite understand that there is no television in the room, even though there are antenna outlets. It is a monastery hotel, so a holy figure hangs on the wall instead of the television. Older equipment does not matter. Quite clean, the bed comfortable. But! The only light switch for the whole room is only at the entrance to the room. Likewise, a single socket on the wall at the table. If you need to go to the toilet at night, you do not have a flashlight and you have a mobile phone in the charger in the socket, it is quite an adventurous march in the dark. The bathroom is a chapter in itself. The sink is located in the shower, so if you need to wash your hands, you must either take off or step into the shower in shoes. The shower is on an elevated position, but without a curtain, and the shower itself is strangely connected to the sink (see photo). Due to the fact that we were accommodated here only one night, we generally refused the pleasure of the shower.

The environment of the restaurant is not very cozy, just a barn. Toilets kind of dirty. The food looks decent, but the quality is below average. We had beef goulash with dumplings: goulash and meat without taste, industrial dumplings. Bacon burger disaster: bun from Kaufland, dry meat, industrial mayonnaise and two centimeter thick cucumber slices. A fryer made of 30% of the cheapest eidam, frozen fries and a tartare in a bag, which the waiter pulled out of his trouser pocket! Prices are exorbitant for a given quality. The only praise, the staff friendly and the beer good. The chef on this shift would deserve to the death to eat what he gives to the guests.

It is not a hotel in a convent, but it is a converted barn in the monastery complex. Very simple, bad internet, breakfast good.
