I witnessed when a lady came with a complaint about a candle, which was supposed to be at a discount of 50% of the original price, and at home she found out that they had calculated the full price. . I note that the candle cost over 500kc..The gentlemen very politely with a receipt pointed out the mistake of the saleswoman and almost apologized. The older saleswoman took the receipt without a word (I note that she was not the one who sold the candle the day before), and for a while she consulted with the other saleswoman. She looked like she was annoying the lady. Then, at the buyer's request, it was resolved by taking another candle. The saleswoman with an angry expression gave the lady a candle and continued to serve others .... Maybe, I'm sorry, we're sorry, or at least a little !!!!! After all, they more or less robbed (certainly by mistake) the customer by almost 270 CZK !!!! Nothing. Although it didn't bother me, I was disgusted with the saleswoman and I will consider a lot if I will ever go there again. And I bought a lot of things. The business is great, but such people should not be there ......
