The lady behind the counter can't advise, she's just instructing, her reluctance is just raining down on her ..., she's really an attraction for this store

We have two negative experiences with this business. One right in the store, where the lady was pretty uncomfortable, even before we could ask about the children's slippers. The second experience when asking by phone what brands of children's rubber boots they sell. We were told that the lady had absolutely no time to get ready and hung up. Then we won't go there anymore.

When buying the wrong size of shoes and trying to return money after about 20 minutes from the purchase - without success. Only exchange (unfortunately they did not have size). Refunds, as is common elsewhere today, are not possible. Ps: I know how the terminals work, but the lady lied to me that they were not able to return the payment back to the card.

Very pleasant store environment, as an extra bonus-very nice and helpful lady saleswoman (with a large "P"), in addition to shoes, shoes and other things that have in the assortment really understand and can advise! Everybody will choose shoes - from luxury to cheaper and they also have discounted shoes! Thank you, I hope the ladies will not go dry and in that case I will come again and recommend to friends.
