Absolutely arrogant behavior. The lady should realize that not everyone is a car mechanic and not barking at the customer, if you are just looking for a glow plug in the car whether it fits or not, it will still tell you that you should know what it is like. Unfortunately, I don't know about my mistake. Maybe he has a catalog for that. So when I asked if she could look at him, she was even more annoying and arrogant. I preferred to go buy another "car brightness" where the gentleman looked without a problem to find out what and how for the same price, better brand and bought. The company probably only sticks to the reason that it is the only one in Orlová that sells spare parts for cars.

Mr. owner is arrogant hostile. He lacks self-criticism. He thinks he's the best in the world. It humiliates shop assistants in front of customers. I definitely don't recommend working for him. He also promises to pay 5,000 less for the interview in the final. It's about health, constant stress.☹️
