FUNERAL SERVICE - Zdena Černínová

The lady who handled our services related to the sudden death of our only son was without a bit of emotion and empathy. Rather, she looked like a person you are not interested in. You are shocked by what happened to you, still such a cold approach 😞😢, in such a place you expect at least words-I'm sorry, sincere condolences, etc. You need a catalog, choose a casket, pillow, .... as if you were burying a hamster or your children died every year. When I wrote to the "owner" that the lady's approach was cold and that we were not satisfied with her behavior, she wrote me that I was not a psychologist. When I told her that I felt sorry for her - she replied - I'm sorry for you! That's a nice fujtajbl, when such a thing happens to you and people still treat you like that. "I'm still sick of it today .... but I'm not the only one who is disappointed. Apparently the owner forgot that she runs a service and she had never been able to empathize with the bereaved, and she probably didn't realize she should have humility and decency, which didn't mean that when someone did something, they did the best, especially when they didn't have more competition.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed that there is such an insensitive and unprofessional funeral service today. On the day of my father's death, the non-stop line did not respond at the weekend, and after the phone call to the owner of the company, I was frightened by her arrogant actions. I do not recommend.

We thank Mrs. Černínová's funeral service for her professional approach in handling the requirements related to the funeral. We were extremely satisfied.

Very bad experience with the funeral service. Arrogant behavior without a hint of empathy. I do not recommend!
