I contacted this company because we needed help fixing a problem with the front door lock. I spoke to Mr Twardzik, who was VERY reluctant and arrogant from the beginning and did not even want more information about the problem. The conversation ended with his words handing the thing over to "his" technician. And they didn't call again. And I would probably wait forever.

I could drill the factory myself, it wouldn't have cost me 800kc, I didn't have to wait an hour for someone to arrive at all and another half an hour before someone from the police arrived for Mr. to start opening it at all. It was the apartment of the sister we were worried about, my father was also present .... After about 20 minutes when the meeting door was closed, the factory finally drilled. we paid 800kc for that and Mr. sent or did not exchange it for a new one. I know how to drill the factory myself, I would save 2 hours of waiting and 800 CZK ...... the second experience with the company ended only with the phone when they calculated the price for 2000 with the fact that they can't tell me in advance if they can carve a car key according to the lock. So I turned to another locksmith and they managed it for 400 CZK.
