So I will never enter this goldsmith again. My friend and I went to pick a chain. When we arrived, there was one customer who was served by a nice brown-haired lady and then another lady, who was probably the manager. We got this lady leader and that was the stumbling block. The lady was very unfriendly from the beginning. She had an expression that seemed very annoying to serve us. I don't know if it was because we were young students and she didn't feel any big income from us, but she could still overcome it and not be so unpleasant. When I asked her for a longer chain, because she only offered me a shorter one, it seemed that I wanted something incredibly demanding for her. When asked how much load the chain has, due to the heavier pendant, she didn't answer, just looked at me and snorted, as if I meant it. Finally, she told me if I would finally choose to have other things to do, and the customer served by the brown-haired lady was there before us and was still choosing. Overall, we were literally not in trouble for this lady for more than 10 minutes, but that was really enough for me. We bought the chain at a jewelry store not far from this one. For a better price, from a larger selection and especially with a pleasant and helpful staff. I do not recommend it again. Also, there are plenty of other goldsmiths around.
