Prolonged communication in case of ring complaint and failure to respect customer requirements. We waited for a month and a half to reclaim a ring that they did not return and melt it without our permission - even if we wanted to send it back and repair it with our goldsmith. Money could not be returned and we had to choose another piece, because the other pieces are no longer (if it was not an engagement ring, we would not solve it). After a long communication with the goldsmith, we were offered money back. And after a phone call with a vendor who told us it was taken as a done thing - and melted it down. But then they told us that a brand new ring could be sent. And that the mistake was at the store because they did not know that we want to send the ring back, even if it is not possible to repair it. And we called it to the store X times and the shop assistant reassured us that she was calling there every day waiting for their answer.
