Unfortunately, I can not personally recommend. I was there in the morning before 7 o'clock, I handed over the papers and the car key about the 5th in line and waited in the waiting room until they called me. I waited there from 7am to 12:30, it's almost 6am! My nerves were already overflowing, because acquaintances, etc., came there with various cars, carts, etc., and went preferentially. Perhaps 15 cars drove there before I finally came next, when I was already boiling. I understand that they now have a limited number of technicians because of the corona, but that logically those who are waiting there in person would be the first to do so, it does not occur to them.
