Very friendly help as a Dutch tourist. Friendly people, a father and his son. Quiet, helpful and very knowledgeable. After a repair of the gas valve housing in the Netherlands, at Volvo Niham Zoetermeer, breakdown in Neratov (Czech Republic). Car towed to Volvo Náchod (what a dredging garage that is, never go!) Car made there (not so) and after 25 km again the same problem. Car towed again and brought to this small, local garage. What a top seller. Had to tackle the problem quickly and professionally. Next day the car was ready. Very satisfied and an absolute must !!! We are now a weekend further and to our great surprise we are called by Mr. Ralik with the question whether the car is in order. What a good feeling that gives! And yes, the car is doing great! A super garage !!!
