The mother lies on the lungs of Malinsky. The following situation is repeated several times: he goes to the examination to get the results and thus it goes out, he doesn't know what they are, whether it's better ..... Today I called at 2 pm, Dr. is on holiday and Dr. no one was telling her the test results. I asked politely if it was normal? Yes, if it is nothing serious? The nurse was not pleasant, so one is afraid to ask other questions. But I think that the patient should know the results, whatever they may be, especially when the doctor you were examined for (in Chocň) said that he did not like the finding. Communication and info are absolutely missing. The DRs have to come and tell themselves how it is and not that patients will look for info about themselves. Today is Friday, I have to call Monday. Not a pinch of empathy - we are worried about a loved one ........ It is not that we do not value their work - on the contrary, but we expect a professional approach, as in any profession that one has chosen to do with the heart and for people.

I CAN COMPARE WITH EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME. THERE ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ROOM. , DOCTORS, NURSES, AUXILIARY STAFF IS REALLY VELICIOUS AND AND I HAVE TO CHANGE REHABILITATION.

Crazy approach! My grandmother was there for a while and the way the sisters treated her is outrageous! To make fun of the old man, who can't walk on his own and take care of himself, but his brain is working at full capacity, that it's a mess, etc., so where the hell are we! Grandma is traumatized and ashamed of herself. Sisters like that have nothing to do there! Fortunately, we already have a grandmother at home and the rest of you consider where you put your relatives.

I evaluate only Malinský department. I have no experience with others. Sisters pleasant, helpful, diet good. Room facilities perfect. Other buildings very grim to scary. But we can see that the improvement is under way. On spirometry I met a lady who tried to get a result from me almost by force.

This place is not much to evaluate according to the guide rules. Nobody would want to be temporarily lonely in these facilities. The Albertina is pretty nice and can be seen as trying to improve the appearance of buildings, roads and parks. As far as patient care is concerned, this is not a state-of-the-art device, but it is not the fault of the staff.
