A fantastic place. The service cannot be overestimated. Very communicative, helpful and competent salesmen. The largest selection of gold rings in the city. I love shopping there. I recommend to all friends

I bought an engagement ring here - the first purchase was pleasant and everything went smoothly. The ring will then be increased / reduced as needed and "YOU DO NOT KNOW". Problems occurred when we came to let the ring fall. We learned that it would take 3 weeks, eventually say "only two". After two weeks, we called in and we found out that we should wait and the information was not communicated to us in a very pleasant way, moreover, without giving any reason. After just three weeks, we finally apologized, and we were told that the workshop where the ring was burned and that it still would. After 4 weeks we could pick up the ring at the bottom - scratched at the bottom and inside a groove. The staff told us that they did not see anything, they were scrambling, we paid a reduction fee (which no one had warned about - one would almost be hoping that when purchased with them, the size of the product would be adjusted) and we got our edited ring with a groove. At least that size is right now.
