I cannot recommend the real estate services of HomeCity s.r.o, especially the broker Zdeněk Alinč. Not only in my case, I was circumvented by the frivolous actions of the broker Zdeněk Alinč. Right on the first inspection, I expressed a clear interest in buying an apartment, after which the apartment was explicitly promised to me by Mr. Alince. After about a month of negotiations, when I was not allowed to make a reservation, I was told that the owner wanted to sell the apartment to someone in the family. After constant verification and confirmation of interest on my part, I was sent an SMS from the broker dated 11 May 2020, stating that the apartment is not up to date - I quote: I apologize for the actions on our part and on the part of the client. The lady simply does not want to have problems with her family, so she chose this option. ”However, after looking into the cadastre, I found out that the apartment was not sold to a family member by the seller, but that another applicant was chosen. Given that the Agreement on the establishment of a lien dates back to 7.5.2020, it is quite clear that the broker has known for some time that the apartment will be sold to another interested party. After a telephone conversation with the broker, when I asked him for an explanation, I was informed that he was first contacted by the person who was on the inspection in front of me on the given day. So the question arises. Why did the broker Zdeněk Alinč tell me for the first month that I could definitely count on the apartment and the next month he claimed that if the family member did not receive funding, I could count on it? I would like to add that I knew about the technical condition of the apartment and the need for approval of the upper floor and I was willing to proceed with the purchase even without the approval of the floor. This highly unprofessional conduct not only harms Mr. Zdeněk Alinč himself, but also the entire company HomeCity s.r.o.
