Mr. Růžička is a really great real estate agent. He behaves completely professionally. He already knew the maximum amount of information during the property inspection. None of our questions were answered. Throughout the cooperation, he was very accommodating, patient and fair to all parties. He had no problem creating purchase contracts before signing the reservation contract. He willingly and comprehensively adjusted any changes to the contracts. He did not put pressure on us to sign contracts. He consulted everything several times, leaving time to think. My husband and I can only recommend it. If you want a real estate broker who cares about your well-being and wants everyone to be satisfied, he is the one. We are really glad that we finally fell on Mr. Růžička. With him, one is not afraid that something will not work out or that someone would want to rob it. He does his work with love. Which, unfortunately, is not just seen in this work. To the nobility
