Absolute satisfaction, with absolutely everything. Very helpful and nice meeting, in the salon we felt really comfortable. All the dresses were beautiful and it was hard to choose. In the end, however, we succeeded, and I thank the professionals for helping the selection of wedding dresses, which are like from a fairy tale.

The salon is very nice, but unfortunately the communication was not very successful. I had booked an exam date today. On the straps in the whole salon, max 20 pieces of dresses, only one in my size. The dress is sold out. I understand, the salon had a sale. But since I spoke to the young lady on Thursday, she could tell me. When ordered 14 days ago, it sounded like they had a full salon. I'm not from Pardubice, and I could have saved my trip. Absolutely useless journey. Edit: we agreed with the owner to pay for the trip. So I'm adjusting my ratings. In my opinion, a very helpful step

I recommend to everyone and express one huge THANK YOU, which still never express the gratitude I have for you! Thank you very much indeed, it's indescribable how great I felt in my dress and I didn't want to get out of them at all. Thank you for your care, for your incredible patience, for the way you treat clients and run the salon, and simply for everything you have been able to do to make me feel great. All of the dresses were handcuffed, including the owner, who told me on Sunday that they didn't have such a beautiful dress there yet (well, maybe they don't tell everyone, but they looked quite honest). I have never felt more beautiful, more entrenched in my life and I have never felt so feminine here as we did on our day, mainly thanks to you, thanks to the fact that this dress flickered in my nose. And the feeling that they are mine, that I can go several times a day, open my briefcase, tangle my clothes, so the feeling is simply priceless! Thank you very much again, thanks to you I will never forget that day! What you do, you do really professionally and greatly, and I wish you countless satisfied clients in the future 🙂 THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I can absolutely not recommend the salon. The dress is divine, there is no doubt about it, but the salon's access is only friendly until you return the damaged dress, which happens very easily with a lace long dress. I returned the wedding dress dirty (it was raining) and torn at the bottom of the skirt. Of course, I don't expect to have it for free when I return a damaged dress. I paid a considerable amount without any problems, although I know that in other salons, dirt from the exterior due to rain doesn't really apply. But when, 10 days after the wedding, they tried to force me to cut the tulle on my skirt by 10 cm, in addition to the paid defects, it was really too much. I would have to be a complete lunatic to cut my skirt when I return clothes that are just as damaged. This culminated in the fact that they refused to send the document requested by the insurance company, without which it was not possible for the insurance company to compensate me for the damage. Constantly throwing sticks under your feet, be careful.

Beautiful salon, great prices, friendly owner and assistant, perfect approach! Already outside you say "waaau", - you go inside and you get a French wedding, but also a fairytale mood. Everything really thoughtfully coordinated! Two ladies will welcome you perfectly, they will offer elegant backrests, or you can walk barefoot through their pleasant carpet. Then listen to your ideas about your satics and at the same time offer you coffee, water, prosecco (I chilled prosecco to celebrate selected sensational dresses! 😍). As Valentine's Day is approaching, there were also chocolate hearts on the table .. You can refresh yourself and at the same time try the dresses you are pointing at or which they will give you and which you like. The cabin is large and closed and you just see it. These great ladies will help with changing, they are constantly running around you, straightening the siding, the veil, so that you can see yourself in full beauty in front of the mirror. In the middle between the mirrors there is a step where you feel like a queen in dresses and you can make decisions without any pressure and you still feel like you are among friends. even if you return them from the concrete and here and there the spots + torn threads, you don't have to pay anything. Absolutely human approach.
