Tomb of the Metternich The originally Gothic graveyard of St. Wenceslas was rebuilt and enlarged in 1690 in the baroque style of the monastery of Ondrej Trojer. After the abolition of the monastery (1785), the church was modified by Chancellor Metternich, the new owner of the estate. the architect Josef Kranner in the classic (Empire) style. Today, there is a church in the city of Plasa. Chancellor Metternich used the basement of the church to build his family tomb. The remains of the Metternich family, including the remnants of Chancellor Václav Lothar Metternich, are still stored there.

Not 200 m east of the monastery area Plasy stands the church of St. Wenceslas (Costal sv. Václava), baroque remodeled by Jean Baptiste Mathey. Klemens Wenzel Lothar von Metternich had the main façade redesigned in 1826 in the Empire style. In the church he had a burial place laid out for himself and his family. The Empire-style family tomb of the Metternich can still be visited today.

Originally, the church was rebuilt into the family tomb of the famous Austrian office and Prince Metternich. Unfortunately, during the season there is no chance to see it.

Originally it is the cemetery church of st. However, after Plasy was purchased by the then Austrian Chancellor of Prince Metternich, the building was rebuilt in 1826 to the family tomb of his family. It is this famous Chancellor who died in 1859 and his immediate family are buried here. The upper part of the building is used as a mourning hall.
