Problems are solved by phone. After filling in, the manuscripts can be handed over to the prepared box at the gatehouse or individually in the filing room.

Nowadays, it seems incredible to me that a visit to the office fails that workers cannot make copies of our documents themselves, or refer us to the copier. Of course, we would have paid for the copies. It seems to me totally mixed when I take into account how many tens of thousands of crowns a person will pay in the state's taxes and yet is fired from the office for not having copies. Absolute waste of time if we also consider the impossibility to park well in the neighborhood. In addition, I am sure that if we brought copies, we would be asked about the original. On the other hand, we praise the willingness of some workers.
