Waste of time !! Awfully Communication with the staff from the Skoda Car selling team. They want to withheld the DPH for a car, although the car is buying for export to Germany. The owner is not interested, how the staff behave the customers. Wrong information about the equipment of the new car on the Auto Volf Webside. They wrote included Kessy for example, but the Car has no Kessy. Keyless open the car. I drive Skoda since 18 years, this Company was my worst experience until now. Now I buy my new Skoda Car at Porsche Praha .

Awful customer experience. No one is welcoming you, no one is interested in your visit, employees are rude and harsh, there is no proper labeling on the cars to separate between showcased and reserved/sold cars. However, Volvo section has the most arrogant sales person, they don't speak any foreign language and are extremely rude and unwelcoming! I highly suggest to avoid AUTO VOLF and look up for a new vehicle at other places.
