Overproducts that do not match their quality with their price. Last year, a chain of 14 carat gold with a pendant was purchased at a price of 7 490 CZK. At such a high price, I would expect at least a pro-customer approach. After a year of use, the chain broke in straightening the pendant so that no more force was developed than normal. I sent the chain to the complaint. I consider it an inexpensive claim to not accept the statement, see picture. They are proposing a repair for 160 CZK. The fact that they will have to send the chain again to repair will cost me more expensive to behave as a customer and the complaint will be handled free of charge. I would expect that if I get paid to get a good service and a quality chain. I do not recommend!
