The bank application is nice and simple, but unfortunately also the bank. A bank that can't distribute funds on a savings account ... be it, a bank that can't do more than one account on a client ... be, but that it can't even create a manager and fill out a form to cancel an account. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I felt at a branch like in ČSOB in 1986. 😒

First visit and great. Acting at the level, all sympathetic and helpful. I have to say the same about the infoline master (it wasn't an unsolicited call, just a response to my non-binding online application form) which actually forced me to go there with an unbeatable offer. :-) At the branch, they will not let you look around helplessly, they will come to your door and ask politely what you need. Nowadays even just a question about coffee or a glass of water will please. (In his current-former bank, this "ordinary" polite question slowly disappeared.) So to my satisfaction with the product was added satisfaction with the actions of a very nice lady / lady, who was in charge of me. That day is cheerful. Compared to the meetings I have experienced so far, this is a huge difference. Absolute satisfaction.

Years of sales and as a yachting instructor taught me to deal quite well with people, so I solved what I needed. But I really don't understand how a person who is reluctant, uninterested and not exactly friendly can work in the services and also in the bank. I cannot recommend this branch.
