RUD STAFF, when offered some coffee to a senior person, my related, did use some Italian instead of proper explanation, when kindly asked to provide a bigger cup with some hot water it was a big issue, manager wearing dirty white shirt and when called by a member of staff, immediately showed an attitude how we had dared bothering her. Very disappointing experience.
