Visit to the store: 25.08.2020 I have already experienced a lot of advice about sports shoes, but the approach of the A3 store employees really surprised me more than NEGATIVE !! There is no question of counseling here, from my point of view, and we just want to try a few shoes. Not to mention, we get almost a single shoe to try. The fact that a healthy person has two feet, which often differ in size, is a big unknown here. A very narrow selection of sports shoes looks at me from the dusty shelves, which for the most part have been around for many seasons. Direct feedback on another employee hidden behind the cash register will also run into misunderstanding. Thank you for your thorough consideration they showed what a sports shop does NOT have to look like in any case.

I wanted to buy an oversize sweatshirt, so I chose a men's size XL. However, I found a greasy stain on the sweatshirt, so I asked the gentleman at the cash register what to do with it. He told me nothing to order elsewhere. But since I needed it right away, I bought a sweatshirt with a stain. And even though I had bought something that probably wouldn't have been bought by anyone, the gentleman at the cash register gave me a comment on whether this size really would fit him as well. :) Thanks for the experience, I really won't be back.

cashier at the A3 Plzen Plaza branch = reluctance, ignorance, inability. they do not understand what it means to return within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
