She ordered the package and it was placed in the ParcelShop, even though I was at home all day. I wrote on the company's website because it was not possible to change the delivery from the Home Shop. The lady apologized to me that my package was placed in the store by mistake and will still deliver it to my home today, which I also ordered. I very much appreciate the quick response and the possible solution and correction of the error. I give them a thumbs up for that and I really thank you very much.

Never more. A package from Germany in one day and here another 5 than they can deliver. No time info in advance and especially contact to the driver. If you want the package, give notice at work first. The employees, specifically the delivery man, and the gentleman at the depot in Strašecí, however, are number one, a great effort to help me. But NO for the company as a whole.

Very good, but the drivers should be more considerate of the surroundings, do not blow each other and drive slowly in the morning, they are not the only ones in the area, and mainly they are rented, and they behave as if they are at home, excuse that they are young and not demolished I don't like it.

Is it normal for you to deliver the package at 6:52, when you are still asleep?!?

As I read the negative reviews, my experience is the opposite. The package from London went to the republic longer than usual (first RM, then still handed over to GLS in the UK), but I attribute this to the current situation and flight restrictions. As I found out after correspondence with the sender, they cannot write my phone number on the shipment (any regulation in the UK?). The phone call to the depot quickly corrected it, unfortunately I didn't notice the name of the operator, but it was absolutely great. The shipment arrived at the delivery depot at 6:14, loaded into the car at 7:25 and delivered around 16:00. Driver, I have the impression that Luboš is very pleasant. So maximum satisfaction for me
