Unfortunately, our wrong choice ... Originally, a colleague and I wanted to buy a machine from Kränzle, but due to the availability of service, we finally decided on the Kärcher HDS 8 / 18-4 C ... During the year, two events that had to be called technician. He solved the problem on the spot only temporarily ... After about 14 months, we put the machine in service. Repair price approx. 19,000 without VAT (almost 1/3 of the original price, without hoses and other additional accessories - otherwise the original price approx. 100,000). He spent about 2 hours in the repair technician's workshop, the price consists mainly of parts! In addition, the machine was returned to us after being dirty ... The machine worked perfectly from the purchase for about a month, there have been problems with it since then ... The load on the machine was within the manufacturer's recommendations ... For us goods absolutely not corresponding to the price (it should warn us so many plastic and cheap-looking parts) ... Just never Kärcher again! Expensive service, a lot of problems, after a year of operation of the professional machine, considerable additional expenses !!! For a lot of money really little music ... 🙄
Absolutely tragic behavior. More than a month after paying for the goods still without delivery, no information !!!
They have been visiting this store for several years, although I am from České Budějovice, with a professional approach, advice and service rating of 10 stars out of 5.
Which, unfortunately, cannot be said of the approach to customers of Mr. Fedor, who has a frenzy in České Budějovice.
Better to go to the blacksmith.

After some time I can compare the purchased Karcher Puzzi 10/1 with a competing machine, and unfortunately I have to say that Karcher did not prove too good. Plastic accessories very brittle, we bought twice, quite expensive. I can't complain about the behavior of the staff
