We were completely satisfied!
Booking in advance via the website, during a personal visit the lady was ready for us. Large selection of rings and possible combinations. Helpful and kind staff.
The only thing I might complain about is the store's name. We had to search for a while before we noticed the small sign on the door. It was almost invisible from the car.
But otherwise 5 *!

I came to ask about the wedding rings, about the upcoming wedding, after asking if I ordered (of course I did, I just wanted to know the business environment and variety of assortment), I had the feeling that maybe fired me with the words arrogant ladies (short blonde hair) that without ordering will not show me anything. The bitter feeling remained for a long while. And although the company has good references to the Liberec branch on the net I do not recommend going.
So my experience in Liberec today ... totally reluctant .. unpleasant and arrogant saleswoman😑 in the store were two..no other customer ... only me and the lady that has time😯😯a and the speech at that🙄🙄a later turned a little. .but I wasn't interested anymore ... never again .. even if they had the most beautiful in the world👎👎👎
I feel like I was in a completely different store. My friend and I recently visited a store and our experience is totally different than Ms. Olga. On the contrary, we did not meet with such helpful and nice service for a long time. We did not want to write any reviews, but the reaction of Pi. Olga does not leave us cold and therefore I think that some reviews should be taken with caution. For us great !! :)
