A horrible experience! After buying silver earrings and subsequent cleaning (after a year of wearing), the thread was destroyed and I had to complain about the earrings in person, because my girlfriend was not taken to believe that this was already the case (before cleaning). So they admitted that it was a mistake and the exchange offer, the saleswoman literally told me: "Don't go there, it's white gold!". We also had to complain about white gold earrings, because zircon popped out and I already had to communicate with Prague because they didn't want to acknowledge a job badly ... it's a pity I didn't take a picture ... This shop really can't be recommended ...
I'm dissatisfied with the services in this jewelry store ... I bought a beautiful silver ring with a giant stone ... after three months, the stone came loose and fell out ... but the man explained to me that the stones are not covered by the complaint, but that he can repair it for 200, - CZK ... in 14 days I can pick it up and today I was there. Already when Miss Saleswoman pulled him I immediately saw that the stone that is there is smaller ... work horrible and when it is a millimeter smaller stone on the ring is enough to know ... reluctance to do anything really discourages me from any other purchase here ... I do not recommend, no personal approach ... no willingness to remedy it in any way ... and the customer is an asshole who comes to buy and then it is for me ....
