PUOR Plaudit Restaurant & Pizzeria

Very nice place. Friendly service, English speaking staff (even some German) and very good food. They have gluten free pizza! We will definitely come back!

I always try to be objective when posting critical reviews and unfortunately this is one of those that will not look very good on this place. We had a booking made for 5 people at 2 o'clock, we ran slightly late and ended up making an order by 2.20. This place is known by its pizzas so we ended up ordering 3, we knew the place was busy so we expected the average 30 to 40 mins waiting time for our food. Unfortunately for us it's been 1.30h since we ordered our food and it might take an extra 30 mins to get our order which is quite unpleasant. The worst bit is the fact that only after an hour and a half waiting we got told that our pizzas will be late. It was really poor customer communication and not really happy about that. Be mindful when ordering, they only have an oven capable of baking 3 pizzas at the same time so any backlog will be really delayed. The excuse was the kitchen did not communicate this with them, which in my opinion was really poor. I hope this review helps somebody Cheers

Great place, delicious food. Not Czech food. Good personal. And good prices for this kind of place.

Place is nice, good for family lunch with childrens. They have nice children corner. But to be honest, food was good, but not anything "unforgettable". There is definitely few other places in city with better food experience.

Thank you, never again. We celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday here. We had had a phone call with the owner and agreed on a reservation near the children's corner and some food, cold plates, fruit plates and Schnitzels. When we arrived they sat us down at a table on the opposite corner from the kid's corner, and when we asked for the food, nobody knew anything about it. We explained, but instead of apoligies, the waitress reacted unnerved! In the end, they unwillingly served us about half of the food. A pleasing interior and good location do not make up for professional and reliable service. Well, we know where not to go again.
