In these difficult times, they have a lot of things sold out. It is entered individually, pharmacists are protected by plexiglass.

Unfortunately, I rate it negatively. We needed to pick up a special painkiller for a seriously ill mother. He wasn't in stock. The pharmacist confirmed the possibility of ordering the next day. So I asked for an order to pick him up tomorrow. But the pharmacy made this happen by leaving them a recipe and getting some confirmation. Which we refused, it seems to me to be unusual and there is no clear legal commitment to "confirmation". The reason was allegedly the elimination of the risk of not coming for the drug (in the event that I buy it elsewhere, where it should) and will remain in stock.As I understand, it was not necessary in terms of compliance with any mandatory regulation or law. Perhaps only my own business practice or politics, which I consider from my point of view as unwillingness to meet the customer (and even one regular get). After the agreement I would certainly not go elsewhere, moreover, it is the closest pharmacy from home. But even if the pharmacy had such cases, with a certain commercial risk, the entrepreneur has to count and then have to think about how to improve the services or even to expand supplies. One star for not getting Acylpyrin and probably going to be a regular customer satisfied.
