Uncomfortable, arrogant nurse when ordering, which without hearing me so within a minute of telephone. Because I suppose my troubles last for a year and a half so let the previous doctor solve it with me. So I have not experienced such behavior for a long time.

You ordered me MUDr. He had no idea I would come in the morning at 6:30. All the sisters passed me, but no one communicated with me. They let me sit in the waiting room for an hour without a word asking, "What are you doing here, miss?" No one will see me there in my life.
