I would like to thank you very much for the excellent work, which was on a completely professional level, both the approach of Mr. Kreibich and the work of the photographer, lawyer, simply the whole team. And they had their work made more difficult by the tenant, who was still living in the apartment at the time of the sale. I had a choice of more real estate agents, but my choice of a young "benjamin" turned out to be absolutely correct. The apartment sold above expectations very quickly, at a price that we are happy about both parties (sellers and buyers), lightning work, great communication and service. Everything as it should be. Many thanks and I wish a lot of other satisfied clients like us.

When I first met the master, I was worried because he was young, but with the first meeting he proved that he has experience and a desire to work, and gives clients much more than older brokers. He has the right idea and knowledge of the legislation of the whole process. He made professional and especially real photos and a video tour of the apartment for the seller. For us, as buyers, he agreed on a compromise price so that all parties would be satisfied. Quickly answers any questions. He solved all the complexities with the mortgage banker and the real estate cadastre (due to the buyer's supervision, it was a very non-standard problem, which Mr. Kreibich solved himself in a few hours). Professional? At your discretion. For me, I will just say that "Kreibich" is a new concept in the real estate industry in the Czech Republic.
