Not recommended. I think there are many more realtors in Liberec, where everything goes almost without a problem. In RK Europe is everything on long elbows. Do you need to turn on the gas in the apartment? Count about a month before someone is urged to raise your butt and turn it on because you don't have access to the boilers. You need housing, promising how the electricity will work next week and when you hear the next week if you can move, they will say not yet, and not until another week. It took us almost a month and a half, in the end we were forced to move, so we were without electricity for about a week. We were promised a discount for those complications and what discount did we get? We did not have to pay rent for the whole month only for the days we lived there. Unexpectedly. Finally, when we wanted to leave them, the bail sent us after two months of reassurance that it was allegedly sent long ago. Never again this RK. They just promise, but the deed flees. For a commission of 10 000, - CZK I would expect a little more work and effort. Elsewhere I have not encountered such an approach and I understand that the problem may occur, but the problem is probably to say it straight and so prefer to promise ... And when you do not contact or let them know that what they promised actually did not work.

I do not recommend the company I contacted them about the parcel, which offers only confirmed the receipt of the application and no one responds even after a few days and it says that the broker will contact you within 24 hours
