The business may be good. You buy there like everywhere else in electricity but to call there, so it's an art 😰. They'll pick up your phone everywhere and give you advice. The next day we call there we need information about the exchange of purchased goods .... So maybe about the summer holidays ..

I am very dissatisfied with the store. I bought my husband's car camera here as a Christmas present. My husband was not satisfied with this gift. I would call it an inappropriate gift. I'm not a person buying unnecessary gifts just to be under the tree and then bringing them back to the store, but I just wanted to make her happy and she wasn't. On Friday, December 27, 2019, on the first opening day, I went back to the store. The camera was not used at all, was in its original packaging and with a paragon. But in the store the salesman told me they couldn't take it back !! Only when you take other goods, either included or more expensive. Just if I had a camera bought through the e-shop, it would work !! But I did not want electronics, through the e-shop and have it sent by POST or PPL, I did not want much., I just wanted to avoid any complaints about a broken gift. So I guess I have learned a lesson..Don't buy in Electro Expert anymore !!!
