The 1st order did not arrive automatically after 2 days. Order 2 days waiting and status: "We apologize for the delay. We carry the purchase to the Alzabox Litvinov (Kaufland). You will be able to pick it up: will be specified soon." waiting and still nothing, so I look at it, so Alza actually does not bother and helpline just hm, I understand you ...

I made an order at Alza.cz, then nothing happened for 8 days -> I called the infoline and according to the operator's order was for unknown reason stronovane system. The operator apologized for the inconvenience and corrected everything, the next day at 7:30 I had a box in the box. Price of transport 69, - and with payment by online card 49, -

After a week of waiting, when I received only 1 message about the delay of the order, I rather canceled the order. Ordered Saturday night with that on Tuesday from 8:00 am here I can pick up the order, but on Tuesday she arrived only sms. A colleague at work had the same problem. I do not recommend ordering anything here!

Already 3 orders, but neither I arrived here. They say a logistical problem. The transporters probably cannot find Litvínov. Alza is obviously not bothered!
