Unfortunately, so far the worst experience in my life. I have long healthy hair. I don't use any chemistry. Unfortunately, I needed a haircut. Mrs "hairdresser" after washing me began to rip my hair in a piece from the cork down a small plastic nail without gaps. When asked why the lady does not use the wet hair brush, she told me she used the "this comb" on the ripping. No response to my painful pulling pain. All the attention paid to my colleague next door and their unresolved online orders. Plastic ridges, indolence and inattention can probably be applied to guests with short hair ... the worst experience in my whole life, unfortunately I made a mistake and hastily searched for trimming elsewhere after my hairdresser got sick. If you have a healthy long hair that you love so don't go here ... at the end I was told that my hair is incredibly knotty and that my knots should release my fingers before breaking. Of course, the hairdresser properly honored her for the "work done." Neither excuse me for pulling ... nothing ... just chatting with a colleague ...! Worst Service !.
