I'M FIT Liberec

Nice spacious fitness and wellness modeled on a sauna. A few more things need to be fine-tuned. But I believe that in time it will work. E.g. missing more places with axis. There is only one and multipress, which is quite a bit and will still be occupied. It is still possible to use the axis in the cardio zone, but I can't imagine much. So far, few tools for pulleys and a burying machine can unfortunately not be used for men from about 180 cm. It is no longer possible to move the seat and the catch roller is not below the knees, but in the middle of the thighs. Quite unpleasant .. The farther sauna from the entrance is almost non-heating. So you can use the one and it will be quite full with more people. Slippery floor in wellness. But it was not yet in Liberec to have fitness and wellness in one entry. Nice changing rooms and showers .. Nice staff. I wish the fitness only the best 🙂

New fitness and wellness under one roof, great. Medium great, spacious, cardio zone. They even have fragrant essences all over the gym, so you don't feel sweaty people: In time, there could be more machines and it will be great. Wellness It's great for me to switch off to one of the two saunas or steam rooms after training. Pleasant quiet environment to relax. Just the bio sauna during my visits was not in 100% operation :( Changing rooms, showers, staff all to one. I wish you good luck 🙏
