Novum Hotel Vítkov

The hotel definitely doesn't worry about the cleanliness of the space, especially in the common areas like reception, stairs and wall. The floor of the stairs are super dirty and at the top of the walls you will see cobweb and dust. The room cleaning is better but could improve the carpet cleaning. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast and location.

My room was okay - it was clean, good in size and the bed was comfortable. The interior is very dated and unfortunately the windows do not cover all the noise from the tram which operates in front of the hotel. I also got asked for money twice in the evening by people on the street, the area appears to be a little rough. However, I would not mind staying again as it is close to the centre and considering that it was rather on a low budget.

we had a three day stay at the hotel vitkov and the cleaning staff did already steal from me in the first morning worth of the stolen goods 900 euro we talked to the rezeptionist and one of them was the lady that cleaned the room that day she just said i dint stole it and the rezeptionist was shure she did not steal it but i know that only they had enough time to steal the chargingcable to. the boss of the hotel just told us she doesn't care. So be aware of this place.

Good rooms and helpful staff with decent prices.

Resides here minimum 3 times with atleast for 1 1 week each time &. It is ctually a 2 hotel with 3 star prices even 4 star prices in season time. Night time reception boy is pathetic in behavior.
