Lazy worker who said they were closed at 8:30. Your hours state 9pm. Why not change your hours to state open until 8:30 instead of wasting people’s time. Oh right, because then the worker will say they close at 8. What a joke.

Supposed to be open till 9pm but already closed at 8:30pm when the worker is still there.

Terrible service. They closed from 18:00 to 18:30 on 16th of March 19 for a break - I waited since I desperately wanted a bubble tea. After the break one of the girls disappeared. When back open I had to queue for 20 minutes till the single girl sluggishly handled 5 bubble tea orders. When it was my turn she told me tapioca balls weren‘t available any longer (It seemed to me that cooking them had required too much effort from her side..)

I do not recommend at all. The service was not very pleasant. Waiting quite a long time for them to have only one customer in front of us. After I had a good look at the tea outside, I was horrified ... There were some strange black pieces of something floating in the tea, and something strange was sitting on the bottom. The taste was terrible. It wasn't sweet at all, more like water diluted by who knows what. In addition, an unpleasant bitter taste remained on the tongue after swallowing. Never really here again.

A complete disaster ... The operator was in the mood, still upset that I was choosing the balls he had hidden down in the cupboard, while they were listed on the counter, that they were available. I didn't even get the receipt, and when it came to the drink he was spilled on the walls. "tea", which I could throw away after a while .. There was some black disgust in it, a strange starch was made at the bottom, balls soaked, disgustingly slimy, tea bitter! The taste on my tongue remained for a while after I swallowed .. I give one star!
