Dear All, I am writing this to all of you who doesn’t believe miracles are happening. But yes, finding “DovezuAuto” on Internet for me was a miracle. They made my dream to become true! Starting from the end: I highly recommend “DovezuAuto” for those of you who are planning to buy a car from Germany for what ever reason. Yes, I am going to answer the question why: • They know what they are doing and they are professionals in this area. Please believe me, I know what I am talking about. I imported already about 5 cars from Germany for me, my relatives and my friends and I know the entire process, but this time I failed; • They are open, very friendly and always ready to help; • They will respond to your queries regardless of the time – working hours, out of working hours, weekends and even when they are on a Holiday – yes, they answered me and even called me back from Croatia during their holiday time. Now I will tell my story for those of you who are curious and patient enough to continue reading. I am hearing already the question you have – if you are experienced enough with the car import from Germany why you failed this time? Well, it is not really my fault. The problem is I am a physical person, I don’t have a firm. As a such I am paying the VAT when buying a brand new car in Germany (and this was the case). When you deliver the car in Czech Republic you need to register it. For the registration process you need to deliver a document from the Custom the VAT is payed in Czech Republic. At the end you pay the VAT twice. And yes, once you pay the VAT in Czech Republic you should apply in Germany to get the VAT you payed there back, but it may take some time. In my case the car is quite expensive and I didn’t have enough money to pay the VAT twice. This is where “DovezuAuto” is entering the equation and made my dream to become true. Yes, I know, there are work around solutions. A car is not considered new if it is 6 month old or have at least 3000 km on the clock. But for me these workarounds were not good enough. Even more, “DovezuAuto” manage to give me better price than the one I manage to negotiate, and guess what, the car registration in Czech Republic and transporting the car to my home were included in the price! How it worked. Almost desperate I was searching Internet for reasonable solution to my problem and this is how I found them. After contacting them via phone mister Blahůšek clarified the entire process to me. Very simple, what I needed to do was only to pay the price, nothing more, nothing less. This is how it started. Day One: 1. I get proposal with the price. 2. I agreed with it and replied. 3. I get a contract, sign it and send it back. 4. I get invoice for paying the reservation tax to enable “DovezuAuto” to order the car. 5. I payed the reservation. Day Two: 6. “DovezuAuto” confirmed they received the money and immediately did the reservation. After 4 weeks: 7. “DovezuAuto” were contacted by the car manufacturer to pay the rest of the price. 8. They send me invoice for the rest of the money, I did pay. 9. “DovezuAuto” contacted me the payment is done. One week later 10. “DovezuAuto” send me all required documents for registering the car. They did also proposal to me for Car insurance. However I did the insurance by myself and send them the green card, but their proposal was really good. One week later: 11. The car arrived at my home with Czech number plates ready to be driven the same day. I would like to stress – all was done via Intrernet. I didn’t met them in person. The first contact with mister Aleš Blahůšek was on the handover day at my home. I would like to say “Big Thanks!!!” to mister Blahůšek, his wife and his entire team and wish them success in expanding the business. I would like to have the same attention and professionalism from all partners I am going to work in the future but I know it will not be possible, because there is only one “DovezuAuto” in Czech Republic and they are number ONE!!! I was looking for an older Audi with a fairly accurate idea of ​​the model and equipment. After 14 days of futile efforts on the Czech market, I approached several companies dealing with the import of cars from Germany. Mr. Jindřich Věžník from DovezuAuto.cz did not react first, but he knew about Audi first and above all - what we agreed on was true. He is a very pleasant professional who knows what he is doing, explains everything willingly and patiently. When looking for and choosing the car I left on it, it also acts as an emotional anchor, which I consider great, because in Germany there is a lot to choose from and I needed a little "braking". The whole selection process has DovezuAuto.cz processed well and thoughtfully, it can be seen that they have experience and try to eliminate all the risks they can. The first inspection did not work out, the technician revealed during the inspection that the car was torn all over. With the second inspection, everything went well and everything turned out as it should. The service is not the cheapest, on the other hand I do not regret the money, because I got very good customer service, I did not have to worry about anything and in the end I took over a beautiful car. Mr. Jindřich Věžník met my deadline during the acceptance and proved his knowledge again, when he told me all possible tips and tricks about the car. I'm very satisfied.

Přes firmu dovezuauto.cz jsem auto nakupoval poprvé a s jistotou mohu říci, že při případné koupi dalšího auta nemá cenu hledat jiného zprostředkovatele. Akce proběhla ve spolupráci s p. Věžníkem a od prvního kontaktu vše probíhalo jak jsme se domluvili. Tímto děkuji a těším se na další případnou spolupráci.

He willingly advised absolutely everything from choosing a suitable car, through a thorough inspection, foreign payment, import, registration, etc. I'm really glad that I came across this company and that I used their services. I have not encountered such an approach for a long time.
