Strangely arrogant behavior. We bought a new car, we needed a change of oil and filters and unfortunately it is not possible to do it while you wait and the car needs to be left there all morning from the morning, unfortunately even if you arrange service a month in advance, this is not possible. It is quite a complication for us, because we only drive through Brno with the car and we cannot leave it there all day due to the oil change, but we can only bring it in after lunch. In each service, such a service can be scheduled for a specific hour and you leave in 3 hours at the latest, unfortunately not here. We will buy more cars, but certainly not at this Renault branch, we have decided to do the service elsewhere as well.
We recently ordered and bought a new car here. We are extremely satisfied with the car, but what needs to be highlighted is customer care.
Right at the entrance, we were greeted by a very nice seller, namely Mrs. Čuperová. She went through various cars with us, and after the final selection, the configuration of the car followed, the creation of an order and the assignment to production.
The handover of the car and the connected communication around took place at number one. Everything we agreed on went so well. As another advantage, I would highlight the great insurance offers and the possibility of car registration.
We were very surprised by the friendly dealings and approach, which pleasantly surprised us. However, this cannot be said about the competition (on the other side of Brno - the store in Líšeň ...), where you, as a young couple, look over your fingers and feel that you are bothering them.
I don't think I was here for the last time and if Renault, only here!
