They don’t look like they want to sell cars. Giving information was a huge effort for them. I arrived and asked the receptionist if they spoke English, she said yes, a little. Please wait until we can assist you. After 30 minutes waiting until the salesman was free to assist, his answer was that he didn’t speak English, that we could come back on Monday. All this with the receptionist laughing at us and laughing at every answer we were getting to our questions. Very disrespectful, turning around your back to 2 people speaking a language that you don’t speak, listening to their laughter, while you say to yourself, “why would I spend 1 million CZK in a place where they cannot even be bothered to help me and they laugh at me?” You’re definitely not getting my money. Go somewhere where at least they show some attitude to earn the money that you will pay

Always a good service, in time and good price. If you are not speaking Czech it's better to come with a friends who can translate.

Car service after a year. Higher prices, as well as other authorized services. Staff willing, pleasant

For a long time, I generally did not experience such a willing and thorough person as Mr. Hirsch in a car service. He is a man in his place. I would raise his salary! Do you solve service for an insurance company? Definitely Agrotec ..

Great praise for the service. We had a technical problem with the Superb. Despite the fact that it was Saturday and it was just before the final, the service staff was happy to help us. Service consultant Mr. Petr Dohnal was waiting for us after the telephone contact, accepted the car for service, ensured the elimination of the technical problem and we were able to continue on the way home. Many thanks to Mr. Dohnal and his workshop colleague (mechanic), who replaced the brake linings and discs. I especially appreciate that they did this on Saturday (5.9.2020) just before the final one. And I know what I'm talking about, as I'm the owner of a company that has authorized sales and service of the brand in Slovakia, so we're colleagues from the faculty. Bachelors, thank you. Uhrík Igor
