Dne 23.6. We bought shoes here, which we returned after one wearing and put on a complaint. Peeling off the sole and the glue, which we had not noticed before. We said that we want to return the money, the complaint was filed and 19.7. we got an SMS saying that we should stop at the stores with a complaint. We went for it again 50km with the fact that our problem is solved. At the store we were sold shoes absolutely with the same problem. Peeling off sole and glue patch. After a long phone call with the lady who is all this in charge of us was not very fairly said that we should file a claim and wait another month to settle. I am disgusted by the actions of the lady, who absolutely did not care that nobody did anything with the shoes and that they would give us money, she did not want to hear about it. Shoes are defective by the manufacturer, which is clearly visible. Still, there was no effort to solve the problem with shoes.

Very helpful and nice staff to help with the selection! The goods in the required color were not in stock, the operator ordered and the next day the goods were already in place. Satisfaction.
