I do not recommend !!!! I do not recommend buying sneakers here for 3500 or more, as I do. After about 2-3 months, they began to tear and then turned differently. From Slovakia, we made our way to Brno (Olympia), where a salesman named LUKAS began to serve us from the beginning, only when he found out that we were "bothering" him with a complaint. Behavior worthy of a pub. I've probably never experienced worse and more arrogant anywhere else. A million reasons how WE damaged those sneakers, that it's with the melt and the like. We did not go there for several kilometers to hear his opinion, but we wanted to solve the situation somehow. He then told us that he could send it for a complaint, but it was obvious that they did not tell us. He took the sneakers, which after about half a minute he literally threw us on the counter, saying that they were "wet" and sent us away. We will never return here again and we do not recommend you to go shopping there either. There are xy reviews with this same story. The operator cannot allow such behavior to customers. I certainly do not end with this review, I will make this store known to people and I hope that someone competent will read these reviews and deal with such situations with the staff. I hope I saved someone a few thousand and nerves. Have a nice day Mikušová

I do not recommend the Brno (olympia) store. The free, arrogant approach of a salesman named Lukas. Until now, we liked to return here, but after serving it, never again. We'd better go for a few shops next where they are always nice and you smile babies who are happy and always help. Thanks to such staff, you lose customers.
