I have an Edox Chronorally watch. The watch fell off the crown during normal use. In the store they told me that the warranty does not apply, that the warranty applies to the machine thus paid repair. Secondly, when the stopwatch stopped, I complained again and after 14 days they called me from the store that the warranty was not covered again, paid repair again. Until today, I really do not know what the warranty covers and does not apply. I do not recommend this shop, buy watches elsewhere.
