Mr. Urban came to us on Sunday when we had a heating accident where the valve came loose. we were very happy that he could get there so early and on a weekend. The original tightening of the valve was not enough, so on Monday he came to replace the whole valve, since then the problem is solved. the price was a bit higher than we expected, but time spent on the road and work on the weekend must be taken into account.
