During our Saturday visit to Olympia 1.8. we came across an incredibly reluctant or vulgar saleswoman at the cash register. The store is half empty, yet he would rather be bored at the cash register, not to let anyone want anything. This was the last visit to this store.

Large selection, no problem when claiming a cracked sole

The last purchase in Humanic in our family. Shoes were claimed a year after the purchase, the shoes were actually worn 4-5 months (autumn / spring model) and replaced with additional pairs. The soles of each place snapped apart and cracked, but the claim was not recognized. Already in the submission of the complaint was clear strategy lady, who instructed uncompromising lady saleswoman how to write a claim in favor of Humanic (still added the footnote "footwear"). I am not expecting to earn a pair of shoes for 2299CZK in a few months. I do not recommend.

Large selection of shoes at reasonable prices, pleasant and helpful personal. Once in a while they have great sales. :)
