M2 Shoes

Rated store: Brno Flower (on Google is not specified) I can not recommend, although the first impression was very good - the lady salesman gave me a nice first visit, she advised us so we ordered and then bought the shoes for a friend (1700, -). After a month and a half (or not everyday) walking, the red Rieker logo was dropped from one shoe - so when the rain caught us in the rain one day, the boots "chuckled". We claimed the shoes - they were unintended, I expected the logo to stick to it and be resolved. The first e-mail with Mr. Martin Dostal's Managing Director suggested that his approach would not be ok, from my not-so-quality photos that only had to show that the logo was really gone, he immediately decided that the shoes did not seem to be used gently and that it would definitely must be judged by the technician (the whole logo removed !!): D Instead of a simple and quick resolution of the complaint, we were waiting for a month to return the shoes with a new logo, but also with a text about the unjustified claim because "shoes can not (and are not declared) waterproof and penetration water to a certain extent affected by proper treatment of footwear ". We did not understand the justification because we did not say absolutely nothing about the flow, but obviously the badly embossed logo on the sole. I then wrote two more emails, if I could get an answer why I have something in my statement about the claim that I did not even admit (and at the same time I asked myself how to prevent the logo from being dropped if it is not a fault) to one already, Dostal, no one else, did not even answer, which I think perfectly shows how they care about customers and can not even defend their attitude to the complaints. Salespeople were no longer so pleasant when they took over the complaint. Also, there is no information in the SMS on whether or not to accept a complaint. So I hope that one sticked logo has cost you a loss of min. 2 customers and we will discourage all our acquaintances from buying. Never more.

Absolutely catastrophic approach. Buying a shoe at a special price of 1200 CZK went with me for 150 meters, after which the upper part broke from the side of the shoe. After two weeks, an SMS was received that the complaint was resolved. However, no one knows where the shoes are, when they will be able to tell me the result and according to the text in the complaint even one of the saleswoman told me that surely the claim will not be recognized (shoes for 1200 for 24 hours ?!). Shoes sent for expert judgment. I do not strongly recommend any purchases in this company

Perfect approach. Not as at a branch office in NC King Field.

I regret that I bought there. Poor goods. Terrible complaint solution. Definitely not recommended.
